This is a ministry of prayer while knitting / crocheting shawls for bereaved women of our parish. We meet every Monday (except holidays) from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at 15 Church St. During our time together, we first light a candle, listen to tranquil music and enjoy a cup of tea. We then begin to knit / crochet our shawls while praying the rosary. With each stitch we add a prayer that our shawl will bring comfort, healing and strength to the recipient. All shawls are blessed by Fr. Brian, our pastor, before they are presented to bereaved women.
